Matthew made Bloom Dispensaries a multimillion-dollar operation in less than a year, took Reef Industries from an idea to a multi-state empire with 400 employees, and co-founded Ignite International. Matt also exploited the many health benefits of cannabinoids as the co-founder and CEO of OneQor Pharmaceuticals. Now, with a proven track record, Matthew is utilizing his established network of talent and the strategic implementation of capital to develop compelling cannabis opportunities in emerging markets.
ED MITCHELL
Ed is 25-year multi-industry COO and operations expert with a proven track record of driving growth and revenues in banking, technology, real estate, and cannabis retail using systems efficiency and team-based mission-driven company culture. Ed is a proven large team manager credited with the creation of 160+ documented operational processes, training system protocols for front-line employees, implementation of robust regulatory and compliance systems that governed 2.25M+ transactions historically, and through the generation of a dominant position in local SEO, hardcopy advertising, and targeted paid listings media. PAUL GOETZ
Paul is a respected dispensary entrepreneur with more than 28 licenses and properties acquired in Arizona and Nevada, Paul is one of the industry’s most respected dispensary operators. As a former real estate broker, Paul specialized in zoning laws and engineering new ways to generate capital as states began to legalize medical marijuana. Given Paul’s careful and meticulous examination of retail space and locations, Paul was quickly elevated to Tryke Dispensaries chief revenue officer tasked with securing licenses and overseeing critical retail locations, marketing, wholesale for multiple cultivation facilities, and driving the company’s business development.
JOHN KING
John brings significant experience as a CEO, CFO, and a COO for many privately-held and publicly-traded companies. He also brings 17 years of leadership and executive experience from Procter & Gamble, where he led a number of highly technical business units. John’s experience includes product launches, implementation of LEAN tools, and the start-up of new facilities in the US and UK. John was also instrumental in the formation and early-stage leadership of a marketing services business at P&G. Following his P&G experience, John spent the past 17 years as a C-Level executive in vertically-integrated biofuels and cannabinoid startups. In these businesses, John’s lead business strategy development, financing activities, and implementation for early-stage private and publicly-traded companies.
Ken park
Starting his career as a world-ranked professional skateboarder, Ken is the founder and president of Oktane Media, which has been delivering state-of-the-art media, marketing, and brand strategies to an impressive list of clients for the last 25 years. This list includes Adobe, Aegon, Autism Speaks, Atlantic Records, Budweiser, Campbells, Daimler Chrysler, HBO, and the NHL, to name a few. Ken has been a long-time evangelist and pioneer for OTT video, branded entertainment, and online fan engagement, with extensive experience in cloud, Defi, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies. Ken also spent several years in the enterprise IT space selling edge technologies, cloud services, patented encryption, and a variety of gamification platforms to the media, healthcare, and sports industries.
Brian Shariak
Brian is a cannabis entrepreneur, operator, and a well-connected industry pioneer. In 2018, Brian founded his company, Afternoon Delite, and built it from the ground up into a 9-time Cannabis Cup winning legacy brand and a leader in the Michigan market. With over a decade of cannabis experience, Brian has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the business from retail to cultivation to processing. Brian’s mission is to deliver the highest quality and best cannabis customer experience, as he leads Afternoon Delite’s growth into multiple states as a lasting, trusted brand in the multi-billion-dollar global industry .
BRICE PARKER
Brice is experienced in Caribbean hospitality management and logistics through a project called Yemaya, a high-end eco-chic hotel he helped lead from a start-up into a highly successful project. Brice was also the first Director of Wholesale at Tryke/Reef. He assisted with establishing vital dispensaries, building teams, improving sales, and sourcing products in multiple states while managing a seven-figure monthly purchasing budget. Brice has been involved with multiple cannabis companies, primarily focused on business development, brand curation, product development, and dispensary sales. He was instrumental in procuring the highest quality brands and establishing long-term relationships in the cannabis industry. Brice is currently leading the Company’s Barbados expansion.
